To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
